The venue can accommodate up to 216 guests for a wedding banquet and 250 for an evening reception.

Your Initial Showround at Balbirnie

  • We welcome couples considering holding their wedding or reception at Balbirnie to visit for a showround, but must kindly request that in all cases any visit be by prior appointment to ensure we have a member of our team available to show you around, and that all areas of the hotel are free to view.
  • Please be advised that we never provide client showrounds when an actual wedding reception is taking place at Balbirnie
  • Appointments can be made on weekdays (early evenings too) and weekends, subject to availability.
  • Please do let us know if you would like us to reserve a table for lunch or dinner following your showround of the House.
